CONTRACT WITH THE SCHOOL TO TAKE THE DRIVING TEST
(Please read very carefully)
By booking your exam with our school, you agree to the following clauses:
- The test has a cost of $140 dollars: upon signing this contract you must pay $100 dollars in cash and on the day of the exam you must pay the rest of $40 dollars. The charge we are making includes the separate the driving test for you, provide you with the authorized vehicle to take the exam, in addition to the sponsor and translator in Spanish if required.
- If you do not show up on the day of the test with your driving license in paper (printed), you cannot take your test and you will lose the $100 deposit.
- If for any reason RMV suspends your driving permit, you will not be able to take your test and you will lose the $100 deposit.
- Today you are being offered a tentative day for the exam, but the exact decision of the day and time is chosen by RMV, it is not our responsibility if RMV changes the day and time, for this reason we will call you to les you know about the change and you have to attend the exam, otherwise you would lose the $100 deposit.
- Keep in mind that if you come to our school and decide to take the exam with us, and then you appear at a different school, you are exposed that the other school requesting a transfer to them, for which you will be removed from our system and you will no longer be able to take the exam with us and you lose the $100 deposit.
- If you pass the exam, keep in mind that you must go to RMV or log in online to pay what you owe with them, just as if you lose the exam, they will charge you again and you must cancel those charges.
- If you are not sure about taking the exam, you can cancel 16 days before the date we offered for the exam. Please note that if you do so later, you will lose the $100 deposit.
If you do not comply or agree with these clauses, we will not be able to separate the exam for you.
